The Space
Our sunny deck is perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink in the afternoon or a cup of coffee in the morning.
Located in the popular 'Old Tuross' area where you can easily stroll down to the boatshed cafés for a delicious seafood meal by the water. Don't forget to bring your bicycle, kayak, golf clubs or surfboard for a more active stay!
The open plan cottage comprises of a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials and a BBQ for outdoor cooking lets you cater for yourself. The living space is complete with television, blu-ray DVD player with discs, books & a sound system with a selection of cd's.
The adjoining bedroom with double bed will be freshly made for your arrival. Linen can be supplied for the sofa bed on request. Additional fee applies for 3rd guest.
There is a single carport within the fenced grounds.
The Neighborhood
Like many streets in Tuross Head, Jutland Avenue is surrounded by the town’s natural beauty, making it an ideal spot for nature walks, cycling, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Blue Hills is only a short distance from the Tuross Boadsheds Cafe & The Pickled Octopus resturant. Local amenities, including the Tuross Head Country Club, beaches, and the network of coastal pathways that wind through the town are all within close proximity.

Important Details to Note!
• Non Smoking – No Party Policy - Max 3 guests
• Bring your own beach towels & toiletries
• Booking fee $55 - Pet fee $55 per pet
• Guest bond of $300 applies
• Minimum 3 night stay year round
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit. A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Blue Hills Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 3 persons. A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Parties, events & gatherings are not accepted at Blue HIlls. The property is non smoking internally.
